SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

New Act
    Creates the Department of Natural Resources Real Property Return Authorization Act. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources is authorized to convey the right, title, and interest held by the Department in the real property formerly contemplated to comprise the Prairie Winds Trail in Moultrie County and Douglas County.

1     AN ACT concerning land.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Department of Natural Resources Real Property Return
6 Authorization Act.

7     Section 5. Real property return authorization. The
8 Department of Natural Resources is hereby authorized to convey
9 the right, title, and interest held by the Department in the
10 real property formerly contemplated to comprise the Prairie
11 Winds Trail in Moultrie County and Douglas County.
