AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2137

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2137, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 9, immediately below line 24, by inserting the following:

"(h) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act to the contrary, beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, no new Illinois prepaid tuition contracts under this Act may be made available for purchase.".
