1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1904
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1904 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following:
4 "wage schedule for each county in the State, no later than
5 August 15 of each year, based on the prevailing rate of wages
6 investigated and ascertained by the Department during the month
7 of June. Nothing prohibits the Department from publishing
8 prevailing wage rates more than once per year.".
