2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1798, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 9, by replacing lines 16 and 17 as follows:
5         "(4) If the retirement system determines that its
6     engagement efforts are unsuccessful, then it shall adhere
7     to the procedures".
