1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1691
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1691 as follows:

3 on page 1, lines 7 and 12, after "Hospital" each time it
4 appears, by inserting "and Critical Access Hospital"; and

5 on page 1, immediately below line 14, by inserting the
6 following:
7 ""Critical Access Hospital" means an Illinois hospital
8 designated as a critical care hospital by the Department of
9 Public Health in accordance with 42 CFR 485, Subpart F."; and

10 on page 2, lines 3 and 13, after "Hospital" each time it
11 appears, by inserting "and Critical Access Hospital"; and

12 on page 2, line 16, after "Hospital", by inserting "or a
13 Critical Access Hospital"; and
