AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1470 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1470 on page 4, 
3line 21, by replacing "paragraph." with "paragraph. 
4Notwithstanding the foregoing, the requirement to use 
5certified mail shall not apply to a holder that is a life 
6insurance corporation that complies with the good faith efforts 
7requirement of Section 15 of the Unclaimed Life Insurance
