1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1265
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1265, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
5 following:

6 "(b-5) The Justice for Juveniles Program established in
7 subsection (c) of this Section shall be implemented in addition
8 to the representation by counsel requirements of Section 5-170
9 of this Act.".
