1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1261
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1261 on page 2,
3 line 22, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "As used in this Section, "companion animal" does not include a
5 service animal as defined in Section 2.01c of the Humane Care
6 for Animals Act."; and

7 on page 10, line 24, by inserting after the period the
8 following:
9 "As used in this Section, "companion animal" does not include a
10 service animal as defined in Section 2.01c of the Humane Care
11 for Animals Act."; and

12 on page 11, line 12, by inserting after the period the
13 following:
14 "As used in this Section, "companion animal" does not include a
15 service animal as defined in Section 2.01c of the Humane Care
16 for Animals Act."; and
