1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 676
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 676 on page 3,
3 immediately below line 5, by inserting the following:
4     "(g-5) Whenever a State agency or the Board enters into a
5 contract with a vendor for the purposes of fulfilling the
6 provisions of this Section, the contract shall meet the
7 requirements of the Illinois Procurement Code and the
8 Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications
9 Based Selection Act.
10     No person or business who contracts with a State agency to
11 write specifications, or otherwise provides specifications,
12 for a procurement need under this Section shall submit a bid or
13 proposal or receive a contract for that procurement need.".
