1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 61
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 61 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. "An Act concerning civil law", approved
5 September 22, 2017 (Public Act 100-520), is amended by adding
6 Section 99 as follows:

7     (P.A. 100-520, Sec. 99 new)
8     Sec. 99. This Act takes effect January 1, 2018.

9     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
10 1, 2018.".
