AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4533

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4533 on page 6, line 25, after "Code", by inserting the following: ", a council of government, or other recognized association whose mission is to advance the interests of local governments. The course of training shall be performed at no additional cost to the membership of the organization, council, or association, or as part of a local or regional seminar for which a nominal fee is charged for at-large attendance"; and

on page 9, line 16, after "Code", by inserting the following:
