AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4413

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4413 on page 1, line 21, after "connection.", by inserting "A retirement system or pension fund must make audio and video available for a meeting broadcast and maintained under this subsection."; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January 31, 2019.".
