AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3386 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3386 on page 2, by 
3inserting immediately below line 4 the following:
 
4    "The changes to this Section by this amendatory Act of the 
5100th General Assembly apply to causes of action accruing on or 
6after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th
