2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2665 on page 3, line
3 24, after the period, by inserting "For the purposes of this
4 subsection (e), good cause may be proven by affidavit. If the
5 court finds good cause to exempt an individual from the
6 training requirement, the order of appointment shall so
7 state.".
