1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2556
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2556 on page 6, line
3 4, before "~~The~~", by inserting the following:

4 "If the Department implements a differential response
5 program authorized under this subsection (a-5), the Department
6 shall arrange for an independent evaluation of the program for
7 at least the first 3 years of implementation to determine
8 whether it is meeting the goals in accordance with Section 2 of
9 this Act.".
