AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 494, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 4, line 1, by replacing "alcoholic liquor" with "beer or wine"; and

on page 4, line 2, by replacing "alcoholic liquor" with "beer or wine"; and

on page 4, line 3, before "do", by inserting ", including Section 6-16 of this Act,"; and

on page 4, line 11, by replacing "alcoholic liquor" with "beer or wine"; and

on page 4, line 13, by replacing "alcoholic liquor" with "beer or wine".
