AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3274

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3274 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing Sections 4.29 and 4.32 as follows:

(5 ILCS 80/4.29)

Sec. 4.29. Acts repealed on January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019.

(a) The following Acts are Act is repealed on January 1, 2019:

The Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act.

The Illinois Athlete Agents Act.

(b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2019:

The Structural Pest Control Act.

The Interior Design Title Act.

The Massage Licensing Act.

The Petroleum Equipment Contractors Licensing Act.

The Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002.

The Water Well and Pump Installation Contractor's License Act.
