1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2921
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2921 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Uniform Penalty and Interest Act is amended
5 by changing Section 3-1 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 735/3-1)  (from Ch. 120, par. 2603-1)
7     Sec. 3-1. This Article may be cited as the~~the~~Uniform
8 Penalty and Interest Act.
