1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1877
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1877, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, line 20, after "instrument.", by inserting the
5 following:

6 "This Section does not modify or limit any obligation a trustee
7 may have to furnish a copy of a trust instrument to the
8 Attorney General under the Charitable Trust Act or the
9 Solicitation for Charity Act.".
