1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1441
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1441 as follows:

3 on page 39, line 22, after "service", by inserting "per tow
4 vehicle on the scene and up to a maximum of 2 tow vehicles";
5 and

6 on page 39, by replacing lines 24 through 26 with "which a
7 receipt shall be given;".
