AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4240

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4240 on page 2, by replacing lines 19 through 23 with the following:

"that school year may be required, upon a finding by the school board of a violation of this Section, to complete a parent education course, undergo family counseling, or engage in another support service as agreed upon by the person having custody or control of the child and the school board , upon conviction thereof shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and shall be subject to not more than 30 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $500.".
