AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3588

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3588 on page 2, line 26, by inserting after the period the following: "However, the authority of the Department under subsection (h) of Section 204 of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act excludes the scheduling as a Schedule I controlled substance any non-narcotic drug if the drug may be lawfully sold over-the-counter or behind the counter.".
