AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3086

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3086 on page 5, line 15, after "(1.5),", by inserting "for taxable years ending on or after August 16, 2007,"; and

by replacing everything from line 25 on page 5 through line 3 on page 6 with the following: "under subtitle A of the Internal Revenue Code."; and

on page 28, immediately below line 23, by inserting the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.".
