1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3552
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3552 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 22, by inserting the following:

4 "(c) The provisions of this Section do not apply to the
5 removal of county superintendent of highways or county engineer
6 as provided under Section 5-203 of the Illinois Highway Code.".
