1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3108
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3108 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Local Governmental and Governmental
5 Employees Tort Immunity Act is amended by changing Section
6 1-101 as follows:

7     (745 ILCS 10/1-101)  (from Ch. 85, par. 1-101)
8     Sec. 1-101. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as
9 the "Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort
10 Immunity Act".
