1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3018
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3018 on page 1,
3 line 17, by inserting after "923(a))" the following:
4 ", or the person is actually engaged in the business of
5 manufacturing and selling any piece or part of a firearm to a
6 person who possesses a license to manufacture firearms under
7 subsection (a) of Section 923 of the federal Gun Control Act of
8 1968 (18 U.S.C. 923(a)), but only with respect to the
9 activities which are within the lawful scope of that business".
