1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2903
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2903 as follows:

3 on page 4, after line 21 by inserting the following:

4 "(d) The Foundation shall be considered a public body under
5 the Prevailing Wage Act. Any project, including but not limited
6 to improvement, maintenance, and construction of
7 infrastructure, that is funded in whole or in part by the
8 Foundation shall be considered a public work as defined by the
9 Prevailing Wage Act.".
