1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2782
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2782, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following:
5 "whenever a special education services or early intervention
6 services surrogate parent is appointed for a minor under the
7 federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the court
8 may appoint one or both parents"; and

9 on page 2, line 15 , by deleting "and State".
