1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2648
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2648 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Prevailing Wage Act is amended by adding
5 Section 1.5 as follows:

6     (820 ILCS 130/1.5 new)
7     Sec. 1.5. Administration and rulemaking authority. The
8 Department of Labor shall administer this Act. The Department
9 shall adopt rules necessary to effectuate the purposes of this
10 Act.".
