1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2169
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2169, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, lines 4 and 5, by replacing "The Illinois Lottery
5 Law is amended by adding Section 21.9 as follows:" with "The
6 Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of
7 Illinois is amended by changing Section 2505-380 as follows:";
8 and

9 by deleting everything from line 6 on page 1 through line 9 on
10 page 2; and

11 on page 2, line 17, by replacing "or holder" with "~~or~~ holder".
