AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1409

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1409 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The River Edge Redevelopment Zone Act is amended by changing Section 10-1 as follows:

(65 ILCS 115/10-1)

Sec. 10-1. This Article may be cited as the the River Edge Redevelopment Zone Act, and references in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
