2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1002, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 2, on page 2, in line 1 after "a" by inserting "detachable";
5 and

6 on page 2, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following:

7 ""Large capacity ammunition feeding device" does not
8 include a permanently attached tubular device or any device
9 that has been made permanently inoperable.".
