1    AN ACT concerning agriculture.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly: 

 
4    Section 5. The Illinois Family Farmer Support Act is 
5amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
 



6    (505 ILCS 57/5)



7    Sec. 5. Family farmer. "Family farmer" means an individual 
8who is a
resident of Illinois and
and
owns or leases land in 
9Illinois that is used as a farm as that term is defined
in 
10Section 1-60 of the
Property Tax
Code.
