1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 10
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 10 on page 1, by
3 inserting immediately below line 16 the following:

4 "Section 7. Private clubs. Nothing in this Act is intended
5 to abrogate, limit, or expand the exemption for private clubs
6 under Section 5-103 of the Illinois Human Rights Act."; and

7 on page 10, by deleting lines 5 and 6.
