1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5546
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5546 as follows:

3 on page 5, lines 11 through 13, by deleting "In this Section,
4 "territory" means a county, subject to the residency
5 restrictions in Section 6-2 of this Code."; and

6 on page 5, lines 15 and 16, by replacing "from the same
7 territory" with "~~from the same territory~~".
