1    AN ACT concerning urban problems.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    Section 5. The Blighted Areas Redevelopment Act of 1947 is 
5amended  by changing Section 1 as follows:
 



6    (315 ILCS 5/1)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 63)



7    Sec. 1. 
This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the 
8"Blighted Areas Redevelopment Act of 1947."
