2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3664 on page 5, by
3 inserting immediately below line 17 the following:

4 "(c) This Section does not apply to settlement agreements
5 and severance agreements signed before the effective date of
6 this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly.".
