1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2947
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2947, on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 20 and 21 with "Section 25 of the State Finance
4 Act and costs incurred by the Department on Aging. The section
5 shall also include an estimate of individual and corporate
6 income tax overpayments that will not be refunded before the
7 close of the fiscal year.".
