AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2499

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2499 on page 5, by replacing lines 25 and 26 with the following:

"engaged in foreign trade or is engaged in trade between the United States and any of its possessions and (ii)"; and

on page 21, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:

"engaged in foreign trade or is engaged in trade between the United States and any of its possessions and (ii)"; and

on page 35, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:

"engaged in foreign trade or is engaged in trade between the United States and any of its possessions and (ii)"; and

on page 52, by replacing lines 23 and 24 with the following:

"engaged in foreign trade or is engaged in trade between the United States and any of its possessions and (ii)".
