AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2463

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2463 on page 6, line 17, by replacing "4 felony A misdemeanor" with "A misdemeanor"; and

on page 16, line 15, by replacing "2 4" with "4"; and

on page 16, line 16, by replacing "1 2" with "2"; and

on page 16, line 18, by replacing "4 3" with "3"; and

on page 16, line 19, by replacing "15 7" with "7"; and

by replacing lines 25 and 26 on page 16 and line 1 on page 17 with the following: "are present is a Class 4 felony, for which the person shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than 3 years.".
