AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2413

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2413 as follows:

on page 3, line 4, after "headset," by inserting "(v) use of a wireless telephone or other device that is electronically or physically integrated into the motor vehicle that allows for voice communication without the use of either hand except to activate or deactivate a function or feature,"; and

on page 3, line 4, by replacing "(v)" with "(vi) (v)".
