2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1545 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 8, by replacing "company," with "company
4 without a separate written notification to the Secretary
5 disclosing the conviction or plea,"; and

6 on page 2, line 10, by replacing "agent." with "agent without
7 the written permission of the Secretary.".
