AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1348

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1348 on page 21, line 16, by inserting ", including an expression of remorse, if appropriate" after "reliable"; and

on page 24, line 2, by replacing "may consider" with "shall permit"; and

on page 24, line 3, by inserting "may consider" after "statements and"; and

on page 27, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:

"(ii) is a person who, at the time of the commission of the murder, had attained the age of".
