2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1256, AS AMENDED, as
3 follows:

4 on page 3, line 7 after "crosswalk." by inserting "Pedestrians
5 shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles lawfully within the
6 intersection at the time that the flashing yellow signal
7 indication is first displayed.".
