1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 983
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 983, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 12 through 15 with the
5 following:
6 "secretary signed by electors numbering the greater of (i) 7.5%
7 of the registered voters in the governmental unit or (ii) 200
8 of those registered voters or 15% of those registered voters,
9 whichever is less, asking that the issuance of such alternate";
10 and

11 on page 4, by deleting lines 15 through 20.
