AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 104 as follows:

on page 8, line 17, by replacing "may" with "shall"; and

on page 8, line 18, after "$10,000", by inserting "per day"; and

on page 8, line 19, after the period, by inserting "The first day of the 180-day period commences on the business day following the date of the correspondence requesting the information sent by the Department to the company.".
