1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 84
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 84, AS AMENDED, with
3 reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1,
4 on page 2, immediately below line 26, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "(h) Nothing in this Section prohibits one hospital
7 pharmacy from purchasing or receiving a drug in shortage from
8 another hospital pharmacy in the event of a medical
9 emergency.".
