1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 84
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 84, AS AMENDED, with
3 reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1,
4 on page 2, lines 21 and 22, by replacing "suspected instances
5 of unscrupulous conduct by distributors" with "reasonable
6 suspicion that a violation of this Act has been committed by a
7 distributor"; and

8 on page 2, line 23, by inserting "and the appropriate State's
9 Attorney's office" immediately after "General".
