1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 586
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Resolution 586 by replacing
3 everything after the heading with the following:

4     "WHEREAS, Under subsection (b) of Section 2 of Article VIII
5 of the Illinois Constitution, appropriations for a fiscal year
6 shall not exceed funds estimated by the General Assembly to be
7 available during that year; therefore, be it

8     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
9 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the General Assembly
10 estimates the general funds to be available during State fiscal
11 year 2013 as follows:
