1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3780
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3780, AS AMENDED,
3 in the first sentence of paragraph (13) of subsection (a) of
4 Sec. 10 of Section 5, by replacing "to a subpoena, discovery
5 request, or other lawful process" with "to a subpoena or court
6 order"; and

7 by inserting after the last sentence of paragraph (13) of
8 subsection (a) of Sec. 10 of Section 5 the following:
9 "The court shall either issue an order authorizing the
10 disclosure of the records or an order authorizing the issuance
11 of a subpoena for the records to be delivered to the court for
12 an in camera examination."; and

13 in the first sentence of subsection (d) of Sec. 10 of Section
14 5, by replacing "or (8)" with "~~or~~ (8), or (13)".
